Originally from Brittany, Anne-Laure’s career as a science teacher led her to teach in various middle and high schools in her native region, before coming to SDFAS for the first time, from 2011 to 2019. From these years, Anne-Laure had many fond memories, and carried out many projects, such as the 8th grade trip to Montreal.

After leaving SDFAS, she then taught at the Lycée Français International in Porto (Portugal) before settling back in France, in Loire Atlantique for a few years. In 2023, she decided to come back to San Diego. Passionate about nature and the outdoors, Anne-Laure loves love hiking and recharging in the Laguna Mountains or the Anza Borrego Desert. Running also allows her to explore the United States through various challenges.
