Do you want your child to learn how to move with confidence, develop problem-solving skills, and build resilience? If so, join Coach Greg from Rogue Parkour Gym for an exciting and dynamic after-school parkour class! This class is designed to introduce students to the world of parkour, focusing on various components that make this discipline both challenging and fun.

Originating in the streets of Paris, France, parkour is a discipline deeply rooted in French culture. Developed by a group of French athletes in the late 1980s, parkour emphasizes efficient and fluid movement through urban environments. This art of movement has since evolved into a global phenomenon, inspiring individuals to push their physical and mental boundaries. Students will explore the fundamentals of parkour, including agility, strength, balance, and creativity, through structured drills and obstacle courses. Each session will cover different aspects of parkour, from precision jumps, wall climbs and vaults to speed runs and flow techniques, ensuring a well-rounded experience. We understand that every parent wants their child to grow not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally. That’s why our program is about more than just jumping and running—it’s about helping your child develop risk assessment skills, discipline, and the ability to think on their feet.

Our classes are structured to provide a safe environment where students can challenge themselves, learn from their mistakes, and celebrate their successes. Whether you’re a beginner looking to learn the basics or an experienced traceur aiming to refine your skills, this after-school program offers something for everyone.
